Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another adventurer if you can no longer attend. This can only be done once!
How do I transfer my ticket?
To transfer your ticket, please send proof of transfer to themulticlasscollective@gmail.com or message us through our page’s inbox. Include the ID of the original ticket holder and the ID of the person receiving the ticket. Make sure to inform us immediately after the transfer so we can update our records.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Each individual can buy a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 tickets.
Are there onsite tickets?
We don’t allow walk-ins, therefore, there won’t be any onsite tickets available for purchase.
Do you offer a PWD discount?
Yes. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are entitled to a ₱100 discount on their ticket upon presentation of a valid PWD ID.
Does my ticket include food?
Unless your ticket tier specifically states that it includes food, tickets do NOT come with food. However, there will be food stalls available, as well as New Camelot Hotel’s own restaurant and bars where you can purchase food and drinks.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes. This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid government-issued IDs will be required for entry.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No. All tickets will be electronic, and no physical copies will be issued. You can present your e-ticket (digital copy) at the entrance for admission.
I have not received my ticket yet! When will it come?
We kindly ask for your patience as we are but a small team! Should you not receive your ticket after a week, please feel free to email or message us on the page.
