What is TavTales?
TavTales is an unofficial Baldurs Gate 3 Fan Event. The event will feature an artists alley, a TTRPG activity corner, food merchants, and a program consisting of activities such as a talent competition, party games, trivia night, and fun performances.

Is this an official Baldur’s Gate 3 event?
This is an unofficial fan event, and we are not affiliated with Larian Studios (we wish we were) or Wizards of the Coast.
What are the age requirement and event hours?
This is a strictly 18+ event that will run from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Please bring a valid government-issued ID for entry.
Do you have a hotel partner?
We’ve partnered with New Camelot Hotel, offering guests an exclusive 20% discount on room rates.
If you wish to avail of this offer, please contact The MultiClass Collective (TMC) and we’ll assist in booking your stay. This option will also be available as an add-on in Shopify.
What should I wear to the event?
You’re encouraged to dress as your Tav, a Baldur’s Gate character, or a Dungeons & Dragons character. Smart casual attire is also perfectly fine. To keep the theme consistent, please avoid cosplays from other franchises. (Read more below.)
Are there any items or activities not allowed at the event?
- No sharp objects or dangerous weapons are allowed.
- No pets, animal companions, familiars, or summons. The hotel does not permit animals on the premises.
- No smoking, outside alcoholic beverages, or any illicit substances within the venue.

Dress Code
We encourage everyone to be their best and whimsical selves, you can come as your favorite companions, your own Tavs & Durges, or your fantasy selves. For those who prefer something simpler, smart casual attire is also welcome!
Cosplay Guidelines
As this is a Baldur’s Gate 3 fan event, we kindly discourage cosplays from other fandoms to keep the spirit and theme of the realm true to BG3.
Props Policy
Props are welcome, but please avoid large or obstructive items that could crowd or block the venue. Keep your gear adventurer-friendly and easy to carry.
Comfort & Cooling
The venue will be fully air-conditioned, but you’re welcome to bring a handheld fan to keep cool and ensure your makeup stays flawless throughout your adventure.
Cosplay is not Consent! Please be respectful and ask permission at any time when engaging or interacting with fellow attendees. We’re not Cazadors and Mystras!
